We partner with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams from the point of diagnosis — delivering evidence-based occupational therapy and dementia consulting that translates medical recommendations into sustainable daily function.

Dr. Angelica Catusco is the Founder of The Dementia Docs, a concierge occupational therapy and dementia care practice built on one core belief: your quality of life is worth the investment.Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science from the University of Arizona and a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Kean University. Her career began in inpatient rehabilitation, shaping her function-first, dignity-centered approach to care.Today, she leads a nationwide practice, partnering with families, universities, hospitals, and neurologists to provide dementia consulting, caregiver education, and program development.
Her mission is simple: no family should have to navigate dementia alone.
We provide evidence-based, person-centered dementia care that bridges the gap between medical evaluation and daily-life execution. Through collaboration with neurologists, primary care providers, and families, we ensure that medical recommendations translate into sustainable function.
Specialized care across a wide range of neurological, orthopedic, and age-related conditions
Care is personalized, relationship-based, and clinically grounded. All services begin with a complimentary consultation to ensure the most appropriate level of support.
We partner with neurologists, hospitals, memory facilities and interdisciplinary care teams to bridge the gap between diagnosis and daily function. Our goal is early systems-level integration — becoming involved at the point of diagnosis to support both the individual and their careprovider.
Connect your patients with specialized dementia care and occupational therapy. We provide ongoing coordination and detailed care reports.

We are a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance or Medicare. This isn't a limitation — it's what allows us to provide the level of care your family deserves.
We consider ourselves part of your family, not just a healthcare provider.
Our clients highly value the direct and prompt access to their doc, who treats them as whole individuals, not just as a set of symptoms.
